Returns Policy

Should your order be damaged or broken in any way, or should you receive an incorrect product, then you must notify Blue Financial Services by e-mail (yolandaco@blue.co.za) within 48 hours of receipt of your order to be liable for a replacement. Upon receiving notification, Blue Financial Services will validate your claim. Upon receipt of validation from Blue Financial Services, kindly re-package the order and return it to Blue Financial Services by registered post along with a receipt for the postage costs. Upon receipt of your returned order, Blue Financial Services will refund you for the normal postage costs incurred and send you a replacement. Kindly note that Blue will not be liable for overnight or door to door postage fees. We will only accept and refund normal or registered postage fees. Furthermore, Blue Financial Services will not be liable for any returns that are lost in the post.
